How much does a typical repair cost?

Most repairs fall between $89-$299 depending on the issue. We'll provide a free quote before starting any work. Many clients save $300+ by repairing instead of replacing.

Do you offer discounts for multiple services?

Yes! If you combine multiple services in one visit, we offer 10% off the total bill. Maintenance plan members get an additional 15% off a la carte services.

Are diagnostics free?

We charge $49 for diagnostics, but this fee is waived if you proceed with repairs the same day. Remote consultations are free.

Can I cancel a maintenance plan anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice. You'll continue service through the end of the month.

What's included in on-site service?

On-site service includes diagnostics, repairs, software setup, and network configuration. Minimum 1 hour, billed hourly after that.

Do parts cost extra?

Yes. Hardware (RAM, SSDs, etc.) is sold separately at cost + 20% markup. We provide quotes before purchasing any parts.
